Artecology Expands to Coconut Grove

Artecology is proud to announce the re-location of the all day "Enviro- Art" concept making its debut in the heart of Miami’s bohemian tapestry, Coconut Grove thanks to such overwhelming interest and response. After working with the production power behind Rockaz MVMT and most recently One Love Nutrifest, Iraklis Kalamenios, the founder of Artecology Organization, has confirmed Artecology’s presence at the 2nd annual Miami Reggae Festival encompassing every piece of green and shade throughout the larger and more spacious Peacock Park on Saturday April 28th 2012.

The two pro-culture platforms are guaranteed to have an impact on Miami’s forward-thinking momentum currently taking shape over Miami’s masses. It will be a day of art, celebration, music, and plenty of local goods and grub to keep you and your little ones, smiling and swaying throughout the day.

The event will be divided into these areas:
Arts & Crafts, Kids Area in conjunction with Big Blue & You Foundation and Fertile Earth Foundation, Local Food Court, 305Green Village, and a Women’s Wellness and Yoga Center.

Each area is being spearheaded by local community based organizations to ensure the local aesthetic is properly represented. According to Iraklis Kalamenios, Artecology’s mission is to use the power of music, art and culture including performing, digital and visual arts, to provide awareness to the environment in a unique way.

All participants will have the opportunity to represent their craft and/or specialty among other like-minded, equally earth conscious individuals in a relaxed outside music-making setting.
